Elana is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in financial management, governance, and strategic leadership. She holds a B.Accounting degree from the University of Stellenbosch and a B.Compt (Hons) from UNISA, and completed her articles at Nolands in 2005. Her career includes international audit experience as an audit senior at Haysmacintyre in London, followed by a return to South Africa where she joined Ububele Holdings as Financial Manager in 2008. During her time there, Elana played a key role in the company’s listing, served as Company Secretary, and was appointed Financial Director in 2011. Elana joined the Radicle Group in 2018, overseeing the financial management of Technifert, Leap Electronics, and Crop Systems. She was appointed Group Financial Manager in 2023 and, on 1 December 2025, stepped into the role of Financial Director for the Radicle Group.
